This policy explains how opentags collects and uses personal information when you visit open-tags.com, contact us, or purchase a product.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, support messages, shipping address, and order details. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment and billing information and provides us the information needed to complete your order. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We use Google Analytics to understand general site usage. Depending on your browser and settings, analytics data may include pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, and cookies or similar identifiers.

How we use information

• Process, ship, and support purchases.

• Improve the website, documentation, and products.
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, such as Stripe for checkout, carriers for shipping, and Google for analytics, or when required by law. We do not rent customer lists or sell personal information for money.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations. You may block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out tools. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to us, email hello@open-tags.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
